REQUIRED EDUCATION

• High School Diploma or equivalent.



REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 1-2 years of assembly, manufacturing, production, warehouse, or technical experience.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions.

• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate electronic systems.

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.



PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with medical device, electronics, or electro-mechanical assembly.

• Experience using ERP systems or electronic work instructions.

• Experience reading schematics, wiring diagrams, or technical drawings.

• Experience performing quality inspections or product testing.

This role is ideal for candidates with manufacturing, production, assembly, warehouse, or technical experience who enjoy hands-on work, following detailed procedures, and contributing to high-quality products.



RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assemble, test, and refurbish electro-mechanical medical devices and components.

• Follow work orders, assembly instructions, wiring diagrams, schematics, and engineering specifications.

• Perform visual inspections and in-process quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.

• Use testing and inspection equipment to verify product performance and quality.

• Maintain accurate production, testing, and quality documentation.

• Participate in production meetings and communicate production issues to leadership.

• Support training and cross-training efforts for team members.

• Identify opportunities to improve quality, efficiency, and workplace safety.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

• Follow all company safety, security, and quality procedures.
