Job Description
Required Level of Education:
• High School Diploma
Experience:
• 1 year operator/customer service experience
Specific Systems Knowledge Required:
• Windows computer programs, database and email systems
Skillsets needed:
• Strong English language skills
• Strong inter-personal communication and conflict management skills
• Ability to work with multiple tasks simultaneously with numerous distractions
Responsibilities:
• Receives and processes and routes calls received at the switchboard
• Implement hospital response to all emergencies, drills, codes, as directed
• Maintains accurate schedule of all on-call staff
Additional Details:
• Parking Situation: Parking garage
• Dress Code: casual, closed toe shoes
• Will work in a patient access building more than 50% of the time
Option # 1 • Expected Shift: Day Shift 11AM-7PM M-TH (May have to work some weekends)
Option # 2 • Night Shift 7PM-7AM Fri- Sun (May rotate weekends)
