Job Description
***Only qualified Machine Operator candidates located near the Columbus, Nebraska area to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence***
Education:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• General Educational Development Diploma (GED) accepted

Technical Skills:
• Ability to maintain production records and logs
• Understanding of FDA GMP and ISO9000 standards
• Basic math and reading comprehension skills

Soft Skills:
• Team-oriented mindset
• Strong attention to detail
• Dependable and punctual
• Ability to follow instructions and procedures
• Flexibility to rotate between tasks

Physical Demands:
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts
• Ability to perform repetitive production tasks
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment

Required Qualifications:
• Previous manufacturing environment experience required
• Ability to read write interpret and comprehend specifications written in English
• Ability to perform basic math calculations
• Reliable transportation required
• Ability to work flexible and extended hours as needed
• Ability to maintain regular and punctual attendance
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong communication skills

Preferred Experience:
• Previous machine operator experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Experience working in fast-paced production environments
• Experience following regulated manufacturing procedures and standards

Responsibilities:
• Perform routine production functions under general supervision
• Support filling utility operations packing packaging assembling labeling and inspection activities
• Maintain accurate records and production logs
• Follow FDA GMP and ISO9000 standards and procedures
• Work within standard operating procedures and follow detailed instructions
• Support team goals and operational objectives
• Rotate into different production tasks and responsibilities as needed
• Make effective decisions related to daily production requirements
