Job Description
***Only qualified Machine Operator candidates located near Sparks Maryland area to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence***
Education
• High School Diploma or equivalent
Required Experience
• 1 to 2 years of machine operation, manufacturing, production, assembly, or related experience
• Experience working in a production or manufacturing environment
• Experience following standard operating procedures and work instructions
• Experience maintaining accurate production records and logs
• Ability to work flexible and extended hours as needed
• Reliable attendance and punctuality required
Tech Skills
• Machine operation experience
• Ability to read write interpret and comprehend specifications written in English
• Basic math calculation skills
• Ability to complete production documentation accurately
• Knowledge of quality and production procedures

• Operate production equipment and machinery
• Perform filling packing packaging assembling labeling and inspection activities
• Follow standard operating procedures and work instructions
• Maintain accurate production records and logs
• Support daily production goals and objectives

• Rotate between production tasks as required
• Work effectively with team members and supervisors
• Maintain a clean safe and organized work area
• Follow all safety and quality requirements
