Job Description
***Only qualified Machine Operator candidates located near the Hunt Valley, Maryland area to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence***
Education
• High School Diploma with 2 years of manufacturing experience
Required Experience
• Experience working in a regulated manufacturing environment
• Experience operating and troubleshooting automated manufacturing equipment
• Experience following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Experience with quality inspections and documentation
• Ability to work independently within approved process documentation
Tech Skills
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Ability to analyze and evaluate charts
• Ability to follow simple diagrams and instructions
• Basic arithmetic skills
• Basic PC skills
• Working knowledge of Windows environment
• Ability to use gauges, jigs, and fixtures for measurement and inspection
• Knowledge of statistical process control procedures
Soft Skills
• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to work in a team environment
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to recognize deviations from specifications

Responsibilities
• Perform routine setup, operation, minor maintenance, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment
• Control and adjust machine settings to maintain production standards
• Inspect in-process parts and remove defective products, packaging, or components
• Perform filling, packing, assembling, labeling, and inspection activities
• Troubleshoot machine and product quality issues
• Assist with root-cause analysis for process and product exceptions
• Monitor quality using statistical process control procedures when required
• Use gauges, jigs, and fixtures to verify measurements and tolerances
• Complete quality, safety, and maintenance documentation accurately
• Perform cleanup activities in sterilized areas when required
• Identify the need for minor equipment repairs
• Follow operating procedures and production standards
• Follow all housekeeping policies and procedures
• Follow all safety policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned
