Overview
Join a team dedicated to manufacturing life-saving medical devices that improve patient outcomes worldwide. In this role, you will support the assembly, repair, testing, and inspection of advanced cardiac medical devices, including pacemakers, implantable cardioverter defibrillators (ICDs), leads, and related components. This position is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, quality-focused, and committed to following established procedures in a highly regulated manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Assemble, repair, and test medical device components according to established procedures.
• Follow detailed manufacturing instructions and quality requirements.
• Maintain accurate production and quality documentation.
• Ensure product traceability and support quality investigations when necessary.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and management.
• Follow all safety procedures and utilize required protective equipment.
• Participate in continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
• Support Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Utilize electronic manufacturing systems and data collection tools.
• Prioritize work assignments to meet production goals and quality standards.
• Handle small components and perform precision assembly activities.

Dress Code Requirements
This position is performed in a controlled medical device manufacturing environment with strict cleanliness and contamination-control standards. Candidates must be able to comply with all gowning, hygiene, and dress code requirements during the interview process and throughout employment.

Requirements include:
• Clean, non-shedding clothing free of loose fibers, frayed hems, glitter, sequins, tassels, or other materials that may contaminate products.
• No sweaters, fleece garments, loose-knit clothing, or other lint-producing fabrics in production areas.
• Clothing must fully cover the torso, upper arms, and legs and fit appropriately under required lab coats or gowns.
• Closed-toe, closed-heel shoes are required at all times. Sandals, clogs, slippers, and open-weave footwear are not permitted.
• No nail polish, acrylic nails, artificial nails, or similar nail coatings.
• Jewelry and body piercings that cannot be covered or may compromise safety requirements are not permitted in production areas.
• No makeup, perfumes, scented personal care products, or lotions after hand washing while working in controlled production environments.
• Employees must follow all gowning, hygiene, safety, and contamination-control procedures as required.
• All attire must be professional, clean, and appropriate for a regulated manufacturing environment.
