Job Description
Required Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline

Required Qualifications:
• Minimum 2+ years of mechanical engineering experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or production environment.
• Experience with mechanical equipment, machinery, and manufacturing processes.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
• Knowledge of engineering principles, mechanical systems, and quality standards.
• Ability to analyze technical data and make sound engineering decisions.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with CAD software is a plus.

Job Summary:
• Design, evaluate, and improve mechanical and electromechanical equipment and systems.
• Support the fabrication, installation, operation, maintenance, and repair of manufacturing equipment.
• Analyze equipment performance and identify opportunities to improve reliability, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Evaluate field installations and recommend design modifications to improve performance and eliminate recurring failures.
• Ensure manufacturing processes meet quality standards, engineering specifications, and industry requirements.
• Support facility mechanical systems, including heating, gas, water, steam, and related utilities.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, maintenance, quality, and engineering teams to resolve technical issues.
• Prepare engineering documentation, reports, and technical recommendations.
• Follow company safety policies, engineering standards, and regulatory requirements.
