Job Description
Required Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering

Required Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Skills:
• Internship or co-op experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.
• Experience with process improvement initiatives.
• Familiarity with manufacturing equipment and production systems.

Manufacturing Process Engineer (Entry-Level):
• Support daily manufacturing operations and production processes.
• Analyze manufacturing performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Implement process improvements that increase efficiency, quality, and productivity while reducing costs.
• Assist with New Product Introduction (NPI) activities.
• Support implementation of new manufacturing equipment and production processes.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Work closely with production, quality, maintenance, and engineering teams.
• Develop and maintain engineering documentation, work instructions, and process standards.
• Participate in process validation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Apply engineering principles to improve manufacturing performance and product quality.

• Individual Contributor role.
• Expected to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Requires the use of judgement in applying professional expertise.
