Job Description
Qualifications:
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology.
• 3–5 years of experience in a factory setting, ideally within engine manufacturing.
• Proven knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and RPA implementation.
• A collaborative spirit and the ability to troubleshoot under pressure.
We are looking for a proactive Manufacturing Engineer to drive efficiency and innovation on our engine production lines. This is a vital role where you will bridge the gap between traditional mechanical assembly and cutting-edge robotic automation.
Job Duties:
• Optimize Production: Monitor equipment reliability and lead the charge in identifying process enhancements that keep the line moving.
• Deploy Automation: Act as the subject matter expert for Robotic Process Automation (RPA), developing and deploying solutions that modernize our facility.
• Solve Complex Problems: Analyze engineering change notices and implement part or process modifications with precision.
• Promote Safety & Quality: Provide daily technical guidance to ensure all production meets strict quality, safety, and environmental standards.
