About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer V to support advanced manufacturing process development, automation improvements, and product launch activities within a high-volume automotive manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on experience with FANUC Robotics programming, manufacturing equipment optimization, engineering drawings, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead manufacturing process development activities supporting new product launches (VPI/NPI).
- Program, troubleshoot, and optimize FANUC robotic systems using HandlingTool and ArcTool.
- Develop efficient manufacturing processes, tooling strategies, and equipment solutions.
- Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T requirements, and product specifications.
- Partner with engineering, production, quality, maintenance, and suppliers to improve manufacturing performance.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing projects focused on productivity, safety, quality, and cost improvement.
- Support equipment installation, commissioning, validation, and production readiness.
