Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering
• 5+ years in manufacturing or machining engineering, including CNC support
• Proficiency with CAD/CAM tools (AutoCAD, NX, Creo) and Microsoft O365
• Strong safety mindset and excellent communication skills
• Experience with PowerBI or CNC programming is preferred
We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our Decatur, IL team. In this role, you will support machining operations and help improve how parts are produced using CNC and related manufacturing equipment. You will work closely with operations, quality, and engineering teams to enhance efficiency, solve production challenges, and ensure high-quality output.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and improve machining processes to meet production goals
• Support and optimize CNC and machining operations
• Drive improvements in production quality and performance metrics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues
