Job Description
Required Education/Experience:
Associates degree in Electrical Engineering Technology or skilled trades education with two or more years of experience.
Required Qualifications:
• Two or more years of instrumentation and data acquisition systems experience.
• Experience operating, calibrating, installing, programming, troubleshooting, repairing, analyzing, and assembling instrumentation.
• Experience supporting engine test cell maintenance.
Required Technical Skills:
• Data Acquisition Systems (DAQ)
• Instrumentation Calibration
• Transducers
• Strain Gauges
• Thermocouples
• PC & PC Network Troubleshooting
• Engine Test Cell Instrumentation
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for instrumentation and data acquisition systems including operating, calibrating, installing, programming, troubleshooting, repairing, analyzing, and assembling.
• Responsible for engine test cell maintenance, including data acquisition systems.
• Assembles test cell systems and instrumentation.
• Installs, operates, modifies, and troubleshoots PCs and PC networks.
• Operates, calibrates, repairs, and troubleshoots general and specialized instrumentation.
• Calibrates transducers and systems; installs and calibrates strain gauges and thermocouples (micro).
• Maintains parts and equipment inventories.
• Creates and maintains electronic documentation.
• Performs other duties assigned by the supervisor
