Job Description
Required Education/Experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Required Licenses/Certifications
• Valid state driver’s license
• Minimum auto insurance coverage per company policy

Required Qualifications
• Ability to provide professional, in-person customer service
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
• Methodical approach to problem-solving and troubleshooting
• Ability to read and comprehend technical manuals and documentation
• Ability to follow pre-established guidelines and procedures
• Physical ability to walk and stand for extended periods and perform occasional lifting

Preferred Qualifications
• IT Help Desk Support experience (application and hardware support)
• Experience working in healthcare, hospital, or large campus environments
• Familiarity with electro-mechanical devices and electrical components

Required Technical Skills
• Basic operation of printers and copiers
• Basic PC skills (Windows environment)
• Basic networking knowledge (IP addressing, printer connectivity)
• Ability to install, move, and configure printers
• Basic troubleshooting of hardware and connectivity issues

Preferred Technical Skills
• Working knowledge of electro-mechanical devices
• Understanding of electrical circuitry and electronics
• Experience installing print drivers and supporting networked printers

Responsibilities
• Act as first responder for printer service and supply requests
• Install, relocate, and configure printers across the campus
• Monitor supply levels and replenish toner and consumables
• Perform basic printer setup including IP addressing and driver installation
• Troubleshoot basic mechanical, hardware, and connectivity issues
• Provide high-quality, in-person customer service and follow up to ensure issue resolution

Additional Details
Temporary assignment (90 days)
No set end date at this time
Extensive walking and standing required throughout hospital campus
Occasional lifting required
Use of personal vehicle for company business required
