Printer Operator Overview

The Mail Processor supports client corporate mailroom operations in a fast-paced production environment handling sensitive healthcare communications. This role is responsible for operating high-volume digital printing and inserting equipment, processing mail jobs accurately within strict deadlines, and supporting day-to-day mailroom workflows. Candidates must be comfortable standing for most of the shift, lifting up to 50 lbs, multitasking, and working with production-class mail and printing equipment.



Job Duties

• Operate high-volume Xerox production printers

• Process, fold, insert, and prepare mail using

• Neopost inserters

• Pitney Bowes equipment

• Verify print jobs and mailing instructions for accuracy

• Apply postage and prepare outbound communications within strict timelines

• Support additional corporate mailroom operations as needed

• Maintain confidentiality and compliance while handling healthcare-related documents

• Perform physical mailroom tasks including lifting paper/envelope boxes.
