Job Description
Required Education
• High School Diploma OR GED.
Required Qualifications / Skills / Experience
• Experience in a print production or mailroom environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PDF tools).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Strong multitasking and time management skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
Preferred Qualifications / Skills / Experience
• Experience operating inserter machines (Neopost, Pitney Bowes)
• Experience operating production printers (Xerox or similar)
• Experience in a similar or related role.
Mail Processor Overview
• Responsible for supporting high-volume mailroom operations in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.
• Operates large production printers and inserter machines to process sensitive documents within strict timelines.
• Ensures accuracy and quality by verifying print jobs against documentation prior to processing.
• Handles confidential healthcare-related communications with a high level of integrity and attention to detail.
• Requires strong multitasking ability while maintaining efficiency and meeting time-sensitive deadlines.
• Involves continuous physical activity including standing, moving, and lifting throughout the shift.
• Offers opportunity to work in a structured, 24/7 operational environment with potential for growth.
Job Duties
• Operate digital production printers for high-volume document processing.
• Fold and insert documents into envelopes using automated inserter machines.
• Verify print jobs against provided documentation for accuracy.
• Apply postage and ensure timely completion of outgoing communications.
• Perform general mailroom operations in a fast-paced production setting.
• Maintain quality standards while meeting strict deadlines.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information in compliance with guidelines.
• Support operational workflow to ensure continuous mail processing.
Specific Details to Call Attention To
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Must be able to remain on feet for the majority of the shift
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-driven environment
• Must be able to work assigned shift:
• Shift 1: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Shift 2: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM - **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.**
