Required Education:

• Verifiable High School Diploma or GED



Required Qualifications/Skills/Experience

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

• Ability to stand for extended periods during the shift

• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

• Ability to follow detailed documentation and verify print jobs accurately

• Strong attention to detail when handling sensitive information

• Basic computer skills for job verification and documentation



Preferred Qualifications/Skills/Experience

• Experience working in a print production or mailroom environment

• Experience working with PDF files

• Familiarity with large production printers or inserter machines



Job Overview:

• Work in a corporate mailroom environment performing digital printing and mail processing tasks

• Operate large production printers to generate high-volume print jobs

• Fold printed materials and insert them into envelopes using automated inserter machines

• Verify print jobs against documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance

• Process outgoing mail, including inserting, sealing, and applying postage

• Work within strict timelines to meet sensitive production schedules

• Handle confidential healthcare-related communications with accuracy and discretion



Job Duties

• Operate digital production printers to complete assigned print jobs

• Review and verify job documentation prior to printing

• Fold and prepare printed materials for mailing

• Operate automated inserter machines to place documents into envelopes

• Apply postage and prepare mail for distribution

• Handle paper and envelope boxes weighing up to 50 pounds

• Maintain accuracy and quality while meeting strict deadlines

• Follow procedures when working with confidential and sensitive information

• Support general mailroom operations as needed in a fast-paced environment.
