Required Education:

Required Qualifications/Skills/Experience:
• Experience working in a print or mailroom setting
• Proficiency with Microsoft business software (Excel, Outlook, PDF tools)
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand for long periods throughout the day
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive production environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to handle sensitive or confidential information professionally
• Reliable, responsible, and able to meet strict deadlines
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to pass a drug test

Mail Clerk Overview:
• This role supports a corporate mailroom responsible for high-volume digital printing and mail processing within a secure, time-sensitive environment
• The position involves operating large production-class printers and inserter machines, verifying documentation, printing materials, folding and inserting them into appropriate envelopes, and ensuring timely postage and completion of all mail production tasks
• The role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to follow precise documentation, and the capability to work efficiently under tight schedules
• As part of a 24/7 operation handling sensitive healthcare-related information, professionalism, confidentiality, and accuracy are essential

Job Duties:
• Operate large inserter machines
• Operate large production printers and copiers
• Perform digital printing and high-volume mailroom production tasks
• Fold, insert, and prepare documents for mailing
• Verify print jobs based on provided documentation
• Apply postage and complete required communication logs
• Work within strict timelines in a fast-paced production environment
• Handle sensitive and confidential documents securely
• Perform general mailroom support functions as needed
• Utilize Microsoft software tools to support daily functions
