Job Description
Required Education:
• Verifiable High School Diploma or GED required
Required Qualifications/Skills/Experience:
• Past experience operating large digital copiers, inserters, or mailing machines
• Experience handling mail
• Customer service experience
• Ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment
• Ability to adhere to strict turnaround times
• Proficiency using Microsoft programs (Excel, PDF, Outlook)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand for long periods throughout the shift
• Comfortable working with the mechanical components of large inserter machines
• Able to pass background check and drug test
Mail Clerk Overview:
• This position supports a fast-paced corporate mailroom environment responsible for high-volume digital printing and mailing functions
• The role involves operating production-class printers and large inserter machines, verifying print jobs against documentation, folding and inserting materials, applying postage, and ensuring all work is completed within strict, time-sensitive deadlines
• The operation runs 24/7/365, handling sensitive healthcare information, requiring accuracy, professionalism, and reliability
• Candidates who can balance efficiency, teamwork, adaptability, and customer service while maintaining compassion and professionalism will thrive and have opportunities for growth within this expanding sector of the organization
Job Duties:
• Multitask in a high-pressure environment
• Adhere to strict turnaround times
• Work efficiently on the computer using general Microsoft programs
• Operate multiple large production printers simultaneously
• Clear printer jams and keep paper stock filled
• Operate large production inserters
• Work comfortably with machine mechanics for troubleshooting
• Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain a positive workplace
• Adapt to workplace changes
• Perform mailroom functions including folding, inserting, printing, and postage stamping

• Schedule: 4p–2a, Monday–Friday
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs (envelope and paper boxes)
• Must be comfortable standing for almost an entire shift
