Job Description
Required Education:
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Work Balance: 40% warehouse / 60% computer-based

Required Experience/Skills:
• Minimum of 1 year in inventory control
• 2+ years of materials handling experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new programs quickly
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal
• Knowledge of planning, inventory control, and numerical analysis
• Willing to work over-time if needed

Preferred Experience/Skills:
• Experience with Oracle software
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)

Job Duties:
• Receive incoming materials, verify packing slips against contents, and resolve discrepancies
• Record receipts in Oracle software and update project information in proprietary systems
• Stage materials on shelves by installation job using printed Move Orders
• Transfer materials from the warehouse to technicians’ trucks and record transfers in Oracle
• Perform cycle counts and physical inventories of warehouse sub-inventories; enter results into Oracle for approval
• Place material orders through Oracle SAP and monitor order/receiving reports for accuracy
• Communicate with internal departments via email to resolve inventory issues
• Coordinate with vendors regarding material order status
• Support additional tasks and projects as assigned by management
