Overview (Logistics Coordinator):
The Logistics Coordinator will review, analyze, and coordinate the CIC Claims for Export Parts submitted by client Distributors and Genpos globally. This position will be actively engaged in efforts to process and troubleshoot claims between Export customers, Export Parts Center Operations, Quality, Packaging, and external customers.
This position requires frequent updates to management on key efforts to achieve customer satisfaction such as CIC claims reports and Claim Summaries required in financial resolutions (Credits/Debits) for Parts Finance and Credits and Collections processing.
In addition, this position is the primary liaison for Puerto Rico Claims (OARs, Damage, and Quality issues) to support maintaining the highest levels of service and parts availability.

Responsibilities:
Roles and Responsibilities:
• The Logistics Coordinator is the main window person for assigned export CIC Claims and will work with multiple departments such as Export Parts Operations (assign and troubleshooting PC packing/packing claims), SPPC (address quality, tech-memo, and supplier related claims) and external customers (upload, process, resolve CIC Claims)
• In addition, this position supports quality claims processing and coordinates with the quality team for inspections and returns of exception freight, when necessary, from overseas customers
• At this level, specialists will have a working knowledge of the customer expectations and the export logistics flow and will be able to work with different departments within the Parts, Service & Technical division. The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for overall CIC Claims processing, Claims Summaries, KPI Claim Files, Destruction Approvals, and Puerto Rico Claims
• Coordinator will provide monthly reports required by Management, monthly customer meetings, monthly debit and credits, internal KPI’s and regular PDCA updates. Additional responsibilities include acting as the main contact and processor of Puerto Rico claims for client Spare Parts Exports, ensuring OAR, Damage, and Quality communications and claims are processed correctly and timely. This includes both manual and systematic claims. This role requires coordination with internal departments (Operations, Quality, and Packaging) to maintain AHQS up to date as per Global direction
• Special projects will also be assigned and travel to meet with top customers may be required
• Logistics Coordinator Claims activities (Receive, analyze, process, reject, close claims). Daily communication and understanding Export Logistics flow by customers to assign and troubleshoot export claims to the correct department
• Work with internal departments to minimize future re-occurrence of mis-packed, mis-shipped, damaged, and incorrect exportation of spare parts for quality and compliant shipments
• Prepare monthly claim reports and provide CAPDo for OAR and Quality Claims by Genpo
• Prepare monthly claim processing reports for Export Parts Operations and request CAPDo for missed targets
• Process Export Parts Claim Supplier Replies within 2 business days
• Manage Claim Destruction processing
• Coordinate claim returns for AHM quality issues with Quality, Export Parts, Transportation, and Export Operations
• Manage both manual and systematic claims for Puerto Rico OARs, damage, and quality claims
• Follow up on responses, claims, and credit requests. Both Manual and Systematic claims

Additional details
• Position Factors (i.e. multi-plant assignment, work environment):
• 8 Hour Day shift (8:30 -5:00 PM Flexible) Monday – Friday
• During the initial training period (up to six months), 100% in office
• After the initial training period, 80% in office, 20% remote
• Estimated Amount of Overtime: About 3-5 hrs. weekly
