Job Description
Required Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent required



Preferred Education

• Associate degree or coursework in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred



Required Skills

• Experience with timekeeping processes and workforce time tracking

• Experience using timekeeping software (e.g., MyTime or similar systems)

• Strong ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

• Inventory management and material tracking experience

• Experience working with ERP systems for ordering, receiving, shipping, and inventory control

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Ability to coordinate across multiple departments and stakeholders

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel



Preferred Skills

• SAP experience

• Construction industry experience

• Supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or materials management experience

• Experience processing purchase requisitions and purchase orders

• Knowledge of transportation, shipping, and carrier coordination

• Experience supporting manufacturing or production environments



Key Responsibilities

• Monitor supply chain activities to prevent material shortages and production delays

• Track and maintain inventory levels to support operational requirements

• Use ERP systems to order, receive, ship, store, and track materials and parts

• Process purchase requisitions for required inventory and materials

• Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments and maintain accurate records

• Track deliveries, confirm carrier rates, consolidate loads, and select cost-effective transportation methods

• Ensure required stock levels are maintained to support production and field operations

• Manage employee timekeeping records and support workforce tracking processes

• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Customer Service, Production Control, and Manufacturing teams to identify and resolve bottlenecks

• Provide status updates and inventory reporting to support operational planning

• Maintain accurate documentation and system records related to inventory, shipments, and timekeeping activities

• Support multiple projects and priorities while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
