Job Description
Required Education
• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification.

Required Experience:
• Review the legal order and, based on the instructions provided, take appropriate action on customers' accounts with 100% quality
• Understand legal terms, dichotomy, and is able to identify the case type, actions needed, and is able to process accurately
• Take an active role in documenting processes and identifying gaps and efficiency gains
• Engage and actively contribute to the continuous improvement log
• Participates in special projects as needed, including technology and automation enhancements
• Supports overall management of operational teams and processing of documents as needed to accommodate work volumes
• Challenge current process design to be more standardized, scalable, and sustainable
• Uphold the review of processes to measure accuracy
• Support the modernization of the bank's case management system

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively to solve problems beyond the immediate team and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment

Job overview:
• The Levies and Garnishments team receives and processes legal orders (when applicable) due to regulatory requirements, including national, state, and county laws when the defendants are found to be either/or COF or DFS customers. In addition to the above mentioned 226 jurisdictions, many orders received from 3rd parties are processed.
