• Strong typing and computer skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently while effectively supporting a larger legal services team

• Prior paralegal, legal assistant, legal secretary, or legal services experience

Paralegal/Legal Services Specialist Job Responsibilities:
• Support the day-to-day operations of a comprehensive legal services program
• Maintain, organize, and update extensive legal files and records
• Retrieve and extract information from legal files accurately and efficiently
• Prepare written reports, correspondence, and other legal or program-related documentation
• Provide oral and written information to attorneys, supervisors, colleagues, and other stakeholders
• Maintain accurate and organized records while handling confidential legal information
• Manage multiple priorities and assignments in a fast-paced legal services environment
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with supervisors, colleagues, clients, and other individuals or organizations
• Perform additional paralegal and legal support duties as assigned
