Job Description
Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma required.

• Previous experience as a Legal Assistant or Legal Administrative professional, preferably supporting litigation teams.

• Strong knowledge of legal document formatting and legal administrative processes.

• Experience with SharePoint; experience with iManage or similar document management systems is a plus.

• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.



Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting regulatory legal work, preferably within the legal department of a utility company.

• Litigation experience in personal injury or similar legal practice areas if regulatory experience is not present.



Description:

Seeking a detail-oriented Legal Assistant / Legal Administrative Professional with prior experience supporting litigation teams. The ideal candidate will have a background in legal administrative support, strong document formatting skills, and familiarity with legal document management systems. This role will primarily support litigation paralegals by assisting with document preparation, scheduling, and administrative coordination related to legal matters.



Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and legal support to litigation paralegals.

• Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating calendars, and managing communications.

• Support the preparation and formatting of legal documents, including interrogatories and standard legal templates.

• Maintain and organize legal documentation in document management systems.

• Assist with managing and retrieving files in SharePoint and potentially the iManage repository.

• Ensure legal documents are properly formatted according to legal standards.

• Help maintain case-related documentation and support general litigation processes.
