Job Description
Required Education/Experience:
• Requires high school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• Complete Client Legal training within 90 days of hire and maintain any new training requirements
• Some related copy job experience is preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Legal Industry is strongly desired
Responsibilities:
• Daily duties include mail sorting and distribution, FedEx, Certified mail, Utilize mail meter machine, Floor runs, Copy/Print Jobs, Binding, Suppling Copy centers, Court runs after training
• No lifting over 50lbs, but there will be a lot of walking as they will be supporting 4th floors
• Assistance is required if over 50lbs must be lifted
• We are looking for a type of employee that can adapt to the daily fast paced changes of a law firm
• Must be a people person and professional
