• Experience with plant/organization systems, standards, and processes
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to analyze financial, operational, and administrative data and present actionable recommendations
• Experience with business planning, performance reporting, and budget/cost accounting
• Project management and coordination skills
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and complete multiple projects
• Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and implement changes
• Experience coordinating administrative functions such as procurement, facilities, equipment management, information management, work management, events planning, and legal/contractual services
• Ability to access and utilize multiple information systems and databases
• Leadership skills to coordinate and oversee work activities of junior staff, when assigned

Responsible for providing professional-level management services support across multiple administrative functions. Applies broad knowledge of management services principles to support planning, research, analysis, reporting, and process improvement initiatives. Serves as a liaison across functional areas, provides decision-making support through data analysis, and may lead projects or coordinate the work of others to improve organizational effectiveness.

Job Duties:
• Apply management services principles, practices, procedures, and resources to support organizational operations
• Conduct planning, research, analysis, and reporting activities
• Interpret administrative policies, practices, and procedures
• Serve as a liaison to coordinate management services functions
• Lead or support technical and project initiatives, as assigned
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend or coordinate procedural and technology changes
• Provide expertise in budget and cost accounting, business planning, and performance reporting
• Support administrative functions including facilities management, equipment management, information management, work management, procurement/materials management, event planning, and legal/contractual services
• Implement improvements to administrative and business processes
• Organize, plan, and manage projects from initiation through completion
• Gather and analyze financial, operational, and administrative data from multiple systems
• Prepare analyses and recommendations to support management decision-making
• Coordinate facility and equipment inventories, service agreements, and procurement activities, as assigned
• Oversee and coordinate the work activities of lower-level administrative staff, when assigned
• Provide high-quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders
