Job Description

**This role does not need an engineering background. This role requires someone who is good at following written processes and can take good notes. Someone who is good with their hands in regard to working with mechanical pieces will be good for this role - think like mechanics, technical machinery, etc. This role only requires a high school education**

We are seeking a qualified Lab Technician to exhibit theoretical and hands-on expertise, experience and cross-functional technical leadership in a manner that adds value to The Client System throughout the technology development, innovation, and commercialization process. The person in this position has internally and externally recognized technical expertise in an area of value to The Client Company and possesses broad technical knowledge in multiple areas.

Primary Responsibilities
• Provide direct technical leadership in the execution of technology development, innovation, and commercialization.
• Manage projects of internal and external significance.
• Create, design, build, validate and assist engineers in technology development, innovation, and commercialization.
• Apply technical knowledge and expertise utilizing an experiential learning approach.
• Regularly demonstrate applied knowledge and expertise in technology and system troubleshooting.
• Initiate knowledge sharing with and technical mentoring of other associates.
• Serve in team or initiative leadership role.
• Manage own time and facilitate scheduling of team members’ time.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional groups and suppliers.
• Broad understanding, recognition, and implementation of safety practices.
• Represent The Client Company externally.
