Job Description
Required Education
• B.S. Degree in Science (Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Physical Chemistry, or Biology with Chemistry preferred).
• Experience: 2–4 years of relevant lab experience.

Required Skills (Technical & Soft Skills)
• Instrumental analysis experience (required).
• Quantitative (wet) chemistry analysis experience.
• Computer competency – must be able to use standard software (MS Office Suite) and laboratory data-collection systems.
• Strong analytical skills with understanding of chemistry principles.
• HPLC experience (preferred, but not mandatory).

Job Requirements
o Perform chemical quantitative/qualitative analysis on intravenous solutions, sets, devices, raw materials, and plant water (distilled/non-distilled).
o Use lab instrumentation, computer systems, and software to collect/record data.
o Learn, understand, and apply rigorous quality standards, SOPs, and cGMP.
o Complete and peer-review documentation.
o Ensure regulatory compliance.
o Prepare and perform protocols.
o Investigate deviations and write exception documents.
o Know and comply with plant/department environmental health and safety regulations.
o Notify supervisor immediately of any safety, quality, mechanical, or discrepancy issues.
o Sustain a clean and safe work area using 6S principles.

Required Soft Skills
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently.
