REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 1 year of laboratory experience

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively

• Ability to troubleshoot common instrument issues independently



PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of laboratory experience

• Experience with HPLC and GC instrumentation

• Familiarity with LIMS and chromatography data systems

• Experience working in quality control or production laboratory settings



SUMMARY

Seeking a Lab Analyst I to support its 24-hour Quality Control laboratory operations. This role is ideal for candidates with laboratory experience who are interested in analytical testing, quality control processes, and hands-on work with laboratory instrumentation in a fast-paced production environment.



This position supports routine testing operations that contribute to process control, product development, waste management, and quality assurance initiatives.



RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform routine analytical testing following established protocols and work instructions

• Prepare laboratory solutions, clean glassware, and support daily lab operations

• Operate and troubleshoot laboratory instrumentation and equipment

• Utilize LIMS, CDS, and instrument-specific systems for documentation and reporting

• Accurately record, calculate, and report analytical results

• Review laboratory data and communicate issues or discrepancies to leadership

• Conduct basic preventative maintenance on laboratory equipment

• Support laboratory safety initiatives and waste management procedures

• Assist with continuous improvement projects and process optimization efforts

• Work collaboratively with team members
