Job Description
Required Education

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Material Science or related field.



Required Qualifications / Skills / Experience

• Hands-on laboratory experience with: Chemicals & Mixing and dispensing equipment

• Chemical/polymer/mechanical background.

• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Mechanical aptitude

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Proficiency in: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Basic technical software



Preferred Qualifications / Skills / Experience

• Experience in product development or R&D lab environments



Lab Technician Overview

• The Lab Technician supports scientific and product development teams by performing laboratory experiments, maintaining lab environments, and ensuring accurate data collection. This role is responsible for assisting in testing, documenting results, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with chemicals, equipment, and structured lab processes.



Job Duties



Laboratory Operations

• Perform laboratory experiments and testing procedures

• Support senior scientists on assigned projects

• Operate mixing, dispensing, and testing equipment



Data & Documentation

• Record, organize, and communicate experimental results

• Maintain accurate lab records and documentation



Lab Maintenance & Safety

• Maintain laboratory workspace, storage areas, and equipment

• Participate in 5S and lab safety programs

• Ensure compliance with: Environmental regulations, Health and safety standards, Company policies

• Hands-on lab + chemical handling experience is mandatory
