Job Description
REQUIRED EDUCATION
• Associate's degree.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Laboratory experience through coursework, internships, research, or industry.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow SOPs and accurately document laboratory activities.
• Comfortable working independently during overnight hours.
• Basic laboratory techniques including sample preparation, pipetting, reagent preparation, or related laboratory procedures are preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams.

SUMMARY
Seeking an Entry-Level Laboratory Technician to support its Genotyping and PCR laboratory operations. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career laboratory professionals interested in molecular biology, agricultural biotechnology, and laboratory operations.

Working on the overnight shift, you'll help ensure laboratory workflows run efficiently by preparing materials, processing samples, maintaining laboratory inventory, operating equipment, and supporting production activities in a fast-paced scientific environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Receive, label, and organize incoming laboratory samples.
• Prepare laboratory buffers, reagents, and supplies for daily testing.
• Maintain laboratory inventory, equipment, and workspace organization.
• Operate and troubleshoot laboratory equipment used in genotyping production.
• Review, organize, and archive laboratory documentation.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Employee Safety & Health (ESH) guidelines, and laboratory quality standards.
• Support multiple laboratory priorities while collaborating with supervisors, manufacturing teams, and research personnel.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized laboratory environment.
