• Basic laboratory experience (academic or industry)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to follow detailed experimental protocols and procedures
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Ability to document and manage laboratory data effectively
• Understanding of laboratory safety practices
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
• Strong organizational and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications / Skills / Experience
• Experience working in a pilot plant or product testing environment

• Experience with formulation testing or quality control
Lab Technician Overview
• Supports laboratory and pilot plant operations by conducting testing and documentation of liquid cleansing formulations
• Responsible for executing standardized testing procedures, collecting data, and maintaining accurate records for regulatory and internal use
• Works closely with lab teams to ensure proper handling, storage, and tracking of product samples and FDA documentation
• Ensures compliance with laboratory safety protocols and established procedures while contributing to product development and quality processes
• Ideal for candidates with hands-on lab experience, strong attention to detail, and ability to work in a physical, fast-paced lab environment.
Job Duties
• Perform testing of cleansing formulations using established procedures
• Evaluate, collect, and accurately record experimental data
• Create and maintain documentation, reports, charts, and tables using Microsoft Office tools
• Maintain and organize FDA documentation, lab records, and filing systems
• Label products and verify batch numbers and UPC codes
• Store and manage product samples in temperature-controlled chambers
• Unpack, lift, and move product materials for testing and storage
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance within the lab environment
• Follow all laboratory safety protocols and experimental procedures
• Assist with product documentation and production-related lab activities.
