Required Education:

Required Experience:
- Basic computer skills and experience using data-entry systems
- Ability to follow written procedures and verbal instructions accurately
- Ability to perform hands-on receiving activities, including opening packages, moving materials, and staging products
- Dependable attendance history with flexibility to work overtime, including daily and weekend hours, when needed
Preferred Experience:
- Previous receiving, warehouse, inventory, data entry, or laboratory support experience
- Experience working in a regulated or quality-controlled environment
- Familiarity with medical devices, in vitro diagnostic (IVD) products, biologics, or applicable quality standards
- Experience organizing, sorting, and tracking multiple products or shipments simultaneously
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with established deadlines and departmental goals
Job Summary:
This is a fast-paced, onsite position responsible for receiving customer-returned product, logging it into the database, and separating it based on the area it needs to be forwarded to for investigation. The role involves regular data entry alongside hands-on receiving work, with overtime (daily and weekend) required to meet department goals and regulatory compliance timelines.
Job Duties:
- Responsible for implementing and maintaining the effectiveness of the quality system
- Receive, open, organize, and stage packages of returned products
- Accurately and timely log in and separate returned product for investigation
- Maintain storage of retained returns
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management to meet lab goals
- Ensure all received products are accurately and consistently logged into the database and forwarded for investigation promptly to maintain regulatory and procedural compliance - **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.**
