Full Stack Java Developer Overview:
Full Stack Java Developer is an intermediate level position responsible for participation in the establishment and implementation of new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to contribute to applications, systems analysis, and programming activities. This position utilizes knowledge of application development procedures and concepts, along with basic knowledge of other technical areas, to identify and define necessary system enhancements, including using script tools and analyzing/interpreting code. The role involves consulting with users, clients, and other technology groups on issues and recommending programming solutions while installing and supporting customer exposure systems. Candidates must apply fundamental knowledge of programming languages for design specifications and analyze applications to identify vulnerabilities and security issues while conducting testing and debugging. This position serves as an advisor or coach to new or lower level analysts, requiring the ability to identify problems, analyze information, and make evaluative judgments to recommend and implement solutions. The role demands resolving issues by identifying and selecting solutions through the application of acquired technical experience guided by precedents, operating with limited direct supervision, and exercising independence of judgement and autonomy.
