Required Education

Required Qualifications/Skills/Experience
• 7–10+ years of experience in application development
• Advanced expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and microservices architecture
• Strong experience with API design, SQL, and distributed systems
• Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor teams
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications/Skills/Experience
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms (preferred), and DevOps practices

Overview:
The Applications Development Lead Programmer Analyst is a senior technical role responsible for leading application development initiatives and driving design decisions across systems. This role provides hands-on leadership in building scalable Java and Angular solutions while guiding teams and influencing architecture and best practices.

Job Duties
• Lead design and development of complex full-stack applications using Java and Angular
• Own end-to-end delivery of application components, from design through deployment
• Drive architecture decisions and ensure alignment with enterprise standards
• Resolve high-impact technical challenges across systems and platforms
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers and provide technical guidance
• Partner with stakeholders to define system enhancements and strategic solutions
• Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and scalability of applications
• Lead testing strategies, code reviews, and deployment processes
• Identify risks and ensure compliance with governance and regulatory requirements
