Job Description
Required Education:
• High School or equivalent.

Required Qualifications:
• 2-3 Years exp in Supply Chain, Strong Word/ Excel Reports.
• Gap analysis, ERP- Oracle, Stock Analysis.
• Highlight Material Risks, help with proper warehouse stock/ material tracking.
• Inventory planning and inventory management experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of inventory management processes.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Supply chain management knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with ERP / Inventory control technical transactions.
• Good written, verbal, reading and math skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Forklift experience.

Job Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain cycle counting strategies that align with company targets.
• Strategize to determine and process obsolete material efficiently.
• Develop and monitor a program to ensure kanban material is aligned with production volumes.
• Execute daily inventory analysis; identify and resolve discrepancies and potential shortages.
• Ensure maintenance and accuracy of all records related to inventory transactions, cycle counts, adjustments, dispositions, audits, etc.
• Oversee stock item master, identifying incorrect descriptions and stock numbers.
• Locate items that may have incorrect locations or stock numbers to assist order processors.
• Communicate with the Purchasing Department as needed regarding new items, changes of location, counts, etc.
• Ensure milestones and goals are met.
• Perform and assist with general maintenance and cleanup of the warehouse.
• Operate forklift as needed.
• Perform additional related duties as assigned.
