Education:

Requirements:
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.
• Quick learner with strong attention to detail.
• Friendly, flexible, and professional demeanor.
• Basic data entry skills and proficiency with Microsoft Outlook.
• Previous experience in grain handling, quality control, or logistics a plus (but not required).
Job Duties:
• Sample incoming grain trucks and prepare samples for testing.
• Perform grain testing to ensure quality standards are met.
• Accurately enter grain sample data into computer systems.
• Review and match Bills of Lading (BOLs) for shipping and receiving accuracy.
• Complete Load Compartment Inspection Forms and verify liquid tanker truck seals.
• Conduct inventory checks for finished products and raw materials.
• Take photos and maintain visual documentation as required.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Grain Sampling & Logistics Associate to join our operations team. This position plays a key role in ensuring quality control, accurate documentation, and efficient handling of grain shipments. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, possess strong organizational skills, and maintain a positive, flexible attitude. - **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.**
