Job Summary:

We are seeking a Coordinator for our Insurance Operations team in Calgary, AB. This on-site role supports the Operations Planning Department by ensuring timely, accurate document processing, report preparation, and adherence to Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working within established procedures and performance standards in a fast-paced professional services environment.



Job Duties:

- Ensure timely and accurate production and processing of relevant documents and information, including report preparation

- Contribute to the achievement of Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and business objectives

- Adhere to company policies and performance standards consistently

- Update reports based on predefined templates regularly to ensure accurate data entry

- Maintain a basic understanding of core aspects of relevant insurance and related legislation

- Support colleagues in the Operations Planning Department with day-to-day administrative and operational needs
