Job Title: Instructional Designer
Duration: 4 Months
Target Start Date: ASAP
Work location: REMOTE
Shift: Monday-Friday early morning central time (6 AM-2 PM)

You’ll be responsible for:
• Testing technical functionality and compatibility across multiple browsers and platforms.
• Testing content against documented quality and brand standards.
• Testing for functionality, accessibility, user experience and usability.
• Checking for correct spelling and grammar, ensuring consistent application of design choices.
• Documenting findings from quality assurance reviews in a clear, actionable manner.
• Troubleshooting errors and finding root causes of technical issues.
• Offering content edits and remediation suggestions (when applicable).
• Completing quality assurance process within designated service level agreements and timelines.
• Managing multiple quality assurance requests of varying size, complexity, and timeline simultaneously.
• Working closely and collaborating with Minneapolis and India team members to assess progress, dependencies, critical errors etc.

About you:
• 2 years instructional design, content development or quality assurance background
• Experience in the quality assessment of training; print, e-learning, media etc.
• Knowledge of testing learning disciplines and methodologies
• Strong attention to detail, time management and organizational abilities
• High accountability and follow-through
• Technical curiosity and love of problem solving
• Adobe Creative Suite and O365 experience required
• Elucidat experience preferred
• Experience with SCORM and Workday’s Learning Management Systems (LMS) is an advantage
