Required Qualifications
• Core Authoring: 2+ years of hands-on experience using Articulate Storyline 360 to develop online training and eLearning courses featuring graphics and narrations.
• Visual & Design Execution: Ability to visualize instructional graphics, user interfaces, and finalized outputs; produce smooth animations and proper asset positioning to drive learning outcomes.
• Collaboration & Communication: Ability to understand and execute on storyboards written by in-house instructional designers. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, accuracy, and thoroughness.
Preferred Qualifications
• Demonstrated professional or practical experience in Graphic Design.
• Direct experience with or knowledge of automotive vehicle systems and/or dealership retail operations.
Role Overview
We are seeking a talented Articulate Storyline Developer to join our team in Torrance, CA. In this role, you will bring instructional storyboards to life by creating engaging, interactive online training modules, custom animations, and effective assessments using Articulate Storyline 360.
Key Responsibilities
• eLearning Development: Build best-in-class online content, animations, and user interfaces using Articulate Storyline 360.
• Assessment Integration: Design and implement interactive tests and knowledge checks to track learning effectiveness.
• Collaboration & Review: Partner closely with instructional designers and illustrators; manage review cycles and stakeholder feedback using Articulate Review 360.
• Technical Execution: Apply visual design principles and utilize JavaScript to build custom functionality within training packages. - **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.**
