Job Description
Required Education:
• Bachelor’s Degree or Associate Degree in Automotive Technology or a related field from an accredited technical institute, trade school, or equivalent program.

Required Experience:
• 5 to 7 years of hands-on technical or mechanical experience in the automotive industry, with a strong understanding of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures.

Preferred Experience:
• Experience with Honda and Acura products is highly preferred.

Job Responsibilities/Qualifications:
• List the key accountabilities that must be carried out to fulfil the job purpose. % of time 40%
• Complete development and maintenance of online self-study modules 30%
• Complete development and maintenance of training center skill modules 15%
• Complete market studies and needs analyses, identify action plans to improve performance metrics 15%
• Complete assigned special projects

Other Job-Specific Skills:
• ASE certified in areas: A1-A8 required, L1 & L3 preferred.
• Experience in the training and publications development process is a plus.
• Strong ability to conduct on-vehicle repairs, diagnosis, and technical evaluations.
• Proficient in using Diagnostic System (i-HDS), Service Information System (SIS), and Interactive Network (iN).
• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe software, and general AI usages for documentation and content development.
