Required Qualifications / Skills / Experience

• 9–10+ years of Crisis & Incident Management experience

• Demonstrated hands-on experience supporting or executing crisis and incident management activities

• Strong project management and execution experience

• Experience translating strategic roadmaps into executable workplans

• Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives across business, technology, and corporate functions

• Experience developing and enhancing crisis management frameworks, governance structures, and response procedures

• Proven ability to track milestones, manage risks, and resolve execution challenges

• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills

• Experience preparing executive-level presentations, reporting, and status updates

• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, high-pressure environments

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Experience leading multiple workstreams simultaneously



Preferred Qualifications / Skills / Experience

• Experience supporting or enhancing enterprise Crisis & Incident Management programs in large, complex organizations.

• Experience in financial services or other highly regulated environments.

• Familiarity with crisis simulation exercises, incident response coordination, or real-event support.

• Experience working with or aligning resilience frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 22301, FFIEC) in a practical, implementation-focused capacity



Crisis & Incident Management Consultant Overview

• The Crisis & Incident Management Consultant will support a critical enterprise resilience initiative focused on enhancing Crisis & Incident Management capabilities across business, technology, and corporate functions

• This role is highly execution-oriented and requires a consultant who can translate strategic objectives into actionable plans, coordinate delivery across multiple workstreams, and ensure successful execution against aggressive timelines

• The consultant will partner with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to enhance governance models, operating procedures, response frameworks, and incident management capabilities

• Success in this role requires strong crisis management experience, project execution skills, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to perform effectively under pressure while driving tangible outcomes

• The ideal candidate has direct hands-on experience managing or supporting real-world incidents, crisis response programs, operational resilience initiatives, or major incident management functions in large, complex organizations



Job Duties

• Execute Crisis & Incident Management enhancement initiatives across enterprise functions

• Translate strategic roadmaps into structured project plans and actionable workstreams

• Drive execution and delivery against established timelines and milestones

• Coordinate multiple business, technology, and operational workstreams

• Develop and enhance governance frameworks, operating models, and response procedures

• Identify execution risks and proactively remove delivery blockers

• Facilitate stakeholder alignment and cross-functional collaboration

• Produce executive-level reporting, presentations, and leadership updates

• Support crisis management planning, readiness, and response initiatives

• Assist with operational resilience and incident management improvements

• Participate in governance and decision-making forums

• Support implementation of resilience and crisis management best practices
