Job Description
Travel Requirement:

• 80% of the month is traveling to include weekends and potential holidays

• Potentially 15-18 days straight

Required Experience, Knowledge & Skills:

• 4 plus years of previous experience working within a Make to Deploy and/or Order to Cash Operations organization

• SAP or S4/HANA

• Warehousing WMS

• Extensive Excel (pivot tables and data analysis) and PowerPoint knowledge

• Strong attention to detail; highly organized, with project planning and time management skills

• Comfortable with challenging the status quo and asking difficult questions

• Effective communicator, both written and oral; ability to articulate or demonstrate perspectives and best practices

• Understanding of integrated Warehousing Management Systems to ERP

• Experience providing support in a Fortune 100 Conversion from Legacy systems to S/4 HANA

• Must be able to communicate, document, track, follow up, and follow through

This role is multi-functional across the Move and Sell area of a Fortune 50 client and will support the Deployment portion of the project. The role is project-based and has a finite term of 12/31/26. As part of the Move Sell organization, you will support the subprocess team for Make to Deploy Move IM (inventory management) and Legacy Applications, as well as some portion of Order to Cash Operations. This role will be critical in the support of the deployment model and hyper-care teams as the project progresses into the deployment phase. This role is expected to support field-level operations at the client owner and 3PL operations supporting the warehouse-delivered process in the United States. In addition, the role is expected to review and analyze data to assist with the project work to enable common processes, data, reporting, and analytics, and support the delivery of the S/4 HANA solution across the client. This role will work closely with the larger client project team, baseline business teams, the IT organization, and various external partners.



The first 4 to 8 weeks of the assignment are Knowledge Transfer, to gain an understanding of the existing Legacy systems and processes, and the new S4/HANA-based standards and templates. You will provide on-site support according to a rollout schedule for the remainder of 2026. This job is a support role - not a design role. It is not IT. This is warehousing in a Fortune 50 company. You will be a part of a travel team. Users will have received the new system training. You and your team will be on site for the first week to provide deployment support. Weeks 2 and 3 will be spent providing hyper-care support to users. This will be rolled out for all sites. There is a set schedule of sites.



Responsibilities:

• Responsible for delivering the new harmonized process, data, analytics, and controls within the subprocess area of inventory management and warehouse operations.

• Provide knowledge and experience to project activities within the warehouse and inventory process areas

• Serve as a link between baseline business leaders, the IT development team, and any third-party regarding software functionality, throughout the project

• Escalate appropriate decision-making requirements to Project Leadership

• Support adoption and change management, as well as develop and deliver end-user training where needed

• Provide deployment support

• Provide post-go-live support (Hyper-Care)



Expenses:

• Client will provide directions on airlines & hotels with their preferred rates, as well as other reimbursable items (food, local travel, etc.)

• Consultant will book the airfare and hotels themselves and Rose will reimburse approved travel within two weeks
