Job Description
Start Date: September 1, 2026 (Tuesday)
Required Skills:
· 2+ years of IT support experience with supporting access issues, password resets, laptop login issues, and asset refresh workstations.
Overview:
Provide software/hardware support; assist with password resets, application resets, account lockouts, and logging into laptops. May also need to refresh workstations.
Role Explanation:
Provide first-level IT support to end users by troubleshooting and resolving system access issues, common hardware, and software. Assist employees with password resets, account unlocks, application access problems, and laptop login issues to ensure minimal disruption to daily operations. Diagnose technical problems, guide users through solutions, escalate complex issues when necessary, and maintain a high level of customer service while supporting the organization's technology environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Respond to user requests for technical assistance.
· Troubleshoot software, hardware, and system-related issues.
· Reset passwords and unlock user accounts.
· Assist with application access and login problems.
· Document incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system.
· Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate IT teams.
· Possibility of refreshing workstations
