Job Description
We are seeking an experienced IT Support Lead with strong expertise in eProcurement systems to drive testing, catalog validation, and cross-functional coordination efforts. This role plays a critical part in ensuring system accuracy, supplier onboarding integrity, and high-quality testing execution within a procurement technology environment.



Qualifications

• Strong experience with eProcurement platforms such as SAP S4, Ariba, OpenText VIM, or similar

• Hands-on functional testing and UAT experience

• Familiarity with defect tracking tools

• Strong documentation and analytical skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field



Key Responsibilities



Testing and Validation

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and scripts

• Coordinate and lead functional, integration, and user acceptance testing

• Validate catalog configuration, pricing accuracy, and supplier onboarding workflows



Defect Management

• Identify, document, and track defects using established tools

• Partner with IT teams and vendors to resolve issues and validate fixes



Documentation and Reporting

• Maintain detailed testing documentation and artifacts

• Provide regular status updates and testing reports to stakeholders



Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Serve as liaison between Procurement, IT, and related teams

• Communicate updates to testing protocols, onboarding templates, and system changes



Continuous Improvement

• Recommend improvements to testing methodologies and catalog processes

• Ensure compliance with quality assurance standards and best practices
