Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support the post-selection and pre-employment process for contractors across the organization. In this role, you will guide contractors through background checks, documentation, and onboarding steps while ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.

You will work closely with hiring managers, HR teams, suppliers, and vendors to manage hiring workflows, resolve process delays, and ensure compliance with pre-employment requirements.



Key Responsibilities

• Support contractors through the post-selection and pre-employment check process

• Serve as the primary point of contact for contractors throughout the background and badging process

• Manage a high-volume pipeline of contractor onboarding tasks across the organization

• Ensure completion of required documentation such as disclosure forms and background check requirements

• Track contractor information and maintain accurate records while protecting sensitive personal data

• Identify and resolve process delays to keep onboarding timelines on track

• Respond to questions from contractors, hiring managers, and suppliers

• Partner with HR and operations teams to support hiring and onboarding workflows

• Assist with reporting requests and maintain operational data

• Contribute to process improvements and maintain documentation for onboarding procedures
