Job Description
Required Qualifications:
• Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and workforce analytics tools, including headcount, absenteeism, attrition, open positions, compliance metrics, and operational reporting. Partner with leadership to modify reports, dashboards, and visualizations based on changing business needs and organizational priorities.
• Serve as the primary HR support resource for employees and supervisors by responding to HR inquiries, supporting employee relations concerns, managing the STXHR mailbox, and providing day-to-day operational HR support.
• Support plant operations across both 1st and 2nd shifts, including providing onsite HR support during shift launch activities, employee onboarding, and workforce engagement initiatives to ensure consistent HR coverage across production operations.
• Partner with operations leadership to support 2nd shift startup and launch activities, including new hire orientation, employee integration, staffing support, and HR presence during critical production ramp-up periods.
• Lead and support full-cycle recruiting efforts for high-volume hourly manufacturing positions, including General Assembly Production Associates, Material Handlers, and other plant operations roles. Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, extend offers, and facilitate onboarding activities.
• Plan, coordinate, and represent the organization at job fairs, hiring events, community recruiting initiatives, and workforce development partnerships to build candidate pipelines and support plant staffing goals.
• Maintain employee records and organizational structures within SAP SuccessFactors, including employee data changes, position management activities, organizational updates, onboarding, and offboarding actions.
• Prepare and maintain workforce analytics and operational reports, including headcount, absenteeism, attrition, month-end reporting, compliance reporting, and other recurring leadership reports.
Required Technical Skills:
• Power BI dashboard development and maintenance experience.
• SAP SuccessFactors experience preferred.
• Kronos, UKG, or Synerion experience preferred.
• Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Microsoft PowerPoint presentation development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Teams, SharePoint).
Responsibilities:
• 3+ years of Human Resources experience in a manufacturing, automotive, or other high-volume production environment.
• Demonstrated experience recruiting hourly manufacturing employees, including General Assembly, Production Operators, Material Handlers, and warehouse or distribution personnel.
• Experience supporting multi-shift manufacturing operations, with flexibility to work both 1st and 2nd shifts as business needs require, particularly during production launches, staffing events, or operational priorities.
• Experience planning and hosting job fairs, hiring events, and community recruiting initiatives to attract and hire highvolume hourly talent.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing recruiting strategies, workforce planning, candidate sourcing, and employment branding.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel (Intermediate to Advanced) to analyze, validate, and report workforce data using Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas, reporting tools, and data validation techniques.
• Develop and update presentations and communications using Microsoft PowerPoint, including monthly leadership presentations and workforce updates for plant leadership.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, and employee separation processing while ensuring a positive employee experience throughout the employment lifecycle.
• Support payroll and timekeeping activities through Kronos/UKG and/or Synerion, including attendance audits, timecard corrections, monthly attendance reviews, bonus administration, and compliance-related audits. - **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.**
