Job Description
Required Education:
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Required Qualifications / Skills / Experience:
· Experience supporting multiple Human Resources functions including recruitment, employee relations, benefits, compensation, training, and HR administration
· Knowledge of Human Resources policies, procedures, and employment practices
· Experience maintaining personnel records and HR documentation
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
· Experience preparing reports and maintaining compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements
· Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and HR systems
Preferred Qualifications / Skills / Experience:
· Experience supporting manufacturing or industrial operations
· Knowledge of AA/EEO compliance requirements

Human Resources Generalist Overview:
The Human Resources Generalist provides support across a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, compensation, training, personnel records management, and compliance activities. This role serves as a trusted partner to employees and management by supporting HR programs, policies, and initiatives that contribute to organizational success. The position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance long-term initiatives with changing business priorities.
Job Duties:
· Support recruitment and employment activities, including candidate and employee onboarding processes
· Maintain personnel records and ensure employee information is accurate and up to date
· Assist with employee relations and labor relations activities
· Support compensation, benefits administration, and job evaluation processes
· Assist in organizational development and employee training initiatives
· Prepare HR reports to meet organizational and regulatory requirements
· Assist in the development, implementation, and communication of Human Resources policies and procedures
· Coordinate HR communications, employee meetings, and policy dissemination efforts
· Support AA/EEO compliance and diversity-related initiatives
· Participate in special projects and continuous improvement initiatives
· Serve as an internal HR resource for employees and management
· Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to address business and workforce needs
· Perform additional HR-related duties as assigned
