Job Description

Hours: Monday thru Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM

HR Representative

Required Education:
• High School diploma or equivalent

Required Qualifications:
• Human Resource Leave Administration
• Extended experience working with FMLA and Leave of absence with the knowledge of federal guidelines
• Assisting compliance and quality assurance team on reviewing case work
• Able to handle competing priorities
• Salesforce
• Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as MS Office products

Responsibilities:
• Responding to inquiries relating to Leave of Absence, FMLA and Accommodations
• Triaging LOA/FMLA case by sending notice of Eligibility of rights and responsibilities, FMLA Designation notices
• Indexing and distribution medical records tasks in salesforce
• Completing verification requests
• Quality Assurance reviews
