The Senior Human Resources Specialist – Job Design & Role Architecture provides advanced, design focused Human Resources support to the Client. This role is responsible for supporting the development of job descriptions to ensure quality, role clarity, organizational alignment and by partnering with HR Consultants, managers and Human Resources leadership. The Senior Human Resources Specialist leads research, benchmarking, drafting, refinement of job descriptions and related materials, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and decision-ready deliverables for Human Resources team review.



Role and Responsibilities:

• Conduct job research, market benchmarking and internal analysis to inform role scope, level, and organizational alignment.

• Partner with Human Resources Consultants and managers to clarify business needs, gather role requirements, and translate intake information into well-structured job documentation.

• Draft, revise and refine job descriptions to ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance standards.

• Prepare job description packets, summaries, and recommendation materials for HR team review and approval.

• Maintain documentation standards, version control, and supporting materials for audit and decision-ready records.

• Contribute to the t continuous improvement of job description templates, guidance, and workflows
